Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize the Plan Journey Package (PJP) for the team, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor daily operations, including inventory management, customer service, and store presentation standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with management to forecast sales, set budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and retail best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a retail leadership or supervisory role, preferably in consumer goods or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of PJP management, inventory control, and sales operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and retail management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Passion for customer service and team development.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
