Responsibility
- Provide expert beauty consultations and personalized skincare recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate product applications and educate clients on Clarins’ skincare and makeup lines.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and beauty techniques through continuous training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute promotional events and in-store activations.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles (luxury beauty experience is a plus).
- Strong passion for skincare, makeup, and the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
