Responsibility
- Provide expert beauty consultations and personalized skincare recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling luxury skincare and cosmetic products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Participate in training sessions and brand events to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
