Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations for vehicle purchases.
- Conduct test drives, vehicle presentations, and negotiations to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer retention.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and financing options to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
- Handle administrative tasks, including sales documentation, contracts, and CRM updates to ensure smooth transactions.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Represent Sime Darby Auto Selection at industry events, trade shows, and community initiatives to promote brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive, retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Passion for automobiles and a deep understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and market trends.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for managing customer data and sales processes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or automotive technology are advantageous.
