Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of tech gadgets to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to attract and engage customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest tech products, industry trends, and promotions to provide informed advice.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product displays, and reporting low stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for every customer.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the tech or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for technology and gadgets, with the ability to learn and explain product features effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems or retail software.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or tech are a plus.
