Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all shoppers
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintain clean, organized shelves
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Help customers locate products and answer inquiries about promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
- Assist with promotional displays and seasonal merchandising
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
