Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist with stocktaking and restocking activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
