Responsibility
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our total rewards packages are competitive.
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
- Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
