Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, features, and promotions to offer accurate recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with precision.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and seasonal sales events.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure a positive resolution.
- Track inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about new merchandise.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail management are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
