Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store presentation.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and F&B standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold brand values and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the regional team to implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or F&B management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for tea, customer service, and team development.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work across multiple Bali locations as needed.
