Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, understanding their workspace needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate furniture products, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective consultative selling techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the design and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in store merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles and furniture trends is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
