Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient store and restaurant management.
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the ordering and stocking of products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership and management skills.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
