Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and custom design requests to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain store presentation, including merchandising, displays, and inventory organization to reflect brand standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the design team to provide input on product development and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that align with their preferences.
- Assist in promotional activities, events, and social media campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail, design, or customer service is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic understanding of design principles or creativity in product presentation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills for inventory and sales tracking.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the storeās operational needs.
