Based in the dynamic region of Badung (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), you will leverage your sales expertise to expand our market presence, build long-term client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving demands of modern construction projects. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for UPVC, aluminium, and glass products.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including architects, contractors, developers, and distributors in Bali’s key markets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the technical advantages and cost benefits of our building materials.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, promotions, and digital campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Provide post-sales support, including order tracking, delivery coordination, and resolving client inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools to track performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UPVC, aluminium, or glass products and their applications in construction (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
