Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess sales performance, customer satisfaction, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the logistics and distribution teams to ensure product availability and efficient delivery to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
