Responsibility
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely restocking of gaming products.
- Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments, including verification of deliveries and coordination with suppliers.
- Assist the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and in-store promotions to enhance the shopping experience.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity in the inventory system.
- Generate sales reports and analyze trends to support data-driven decision-making for inventory and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store campaigns, product displays, and special events.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, inventory management, or sales administration, preferably in the gaming or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) for data entry and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Basic understanding of retail sales metrics and the ability to interpret sales data.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming products, trends, and customer preferences is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
