Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company standards.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving targets, analyzing trends, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the store team to maintain high performance and a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular audits of sales, stock, and cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and in-store events to boost foot traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the regional team to align store operations with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with inventory management, POS systems, and retail KPIs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for footwear and customer service with a keen eye for trends and merchandising.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
