Responsibility
- Develop and execute in-store merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales for Winn Gas appliances.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement, signage, and promotional displays in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor inventory levels, restock products, and maintain visual standards.
- Train and support retail staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to recommend improvements in merchandising and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers to secure prime shelf space and display opportunities.
- Report on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to inform strategic business decisions.
- Participate in trade shows, product launches, and in-store events to drive brand awareness and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, sales, or a related field (preferably in consumer goods or appliances).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence retail partners.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple store locations efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and possess a valid driver’s license.
