Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently for chilled products
- Maintain and update customer records and order histories
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock issues to management
- Assist in sales reporting and data analysis for the Bali region
- Participate in promotional activities and product launches
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in sales, customer service, or order processing
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of FMCG products, especially chilled goods
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
