Responsibility
- Process and verify customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage order processing, from receipt to fulfillment, while maintaining detailed records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely responses.
- Reconcile financial transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order and payment processing.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for all invoicing and transactional documents.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in invoicing, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail or direct selling industry operations is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
