Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Oversee and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure optimal product availability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation within the outlet.
- Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve outlet-specific business goals.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, such as Outlet Leader, Store Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, sales tracking, and administrative processes.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in retail management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
