Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide store teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
