Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores within a designated area, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
- Implement and monitor quality control standards to maintain product and service excellence.
- Coordinate with store managers to achieve sales targets, operational goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve store performance, including inventory management and staff productivity.
- Train and mentor store staff to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to company protocols.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the regional team to align store operations with broader company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide store teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
