Responsibility
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines, seasonal themes, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with brand teams, store managers, and designers to create cohesive and immersive in-store experiences.
- Design and implement window displays, floor layouts, and product placements to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Monitor and analyze visual merchandising performance, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation across all stores, adhering to global and local standards.
- Manage prop sourcing, installation, and maintenance of visual elements to ensure high standards of presentation.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising best practices and brand-specific requirements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in retail design, consumer behavior, and competitive benchmarking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a related field, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic visual merchandising projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or CAD) and space planning tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Keen eye for detail, color, and composition with a deep understanding of brand aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable merchandising strategies.
