Responsibility
- Promote and sell Home Creditâs consumer financing products to customers in assigned retail partner locations.
- Provide clear, accurate, and compelling explanations of payment plans, terms, and benefits to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store staff to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct customer eligibility assessments and guide applicants through the financing process.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to deliver accurate information.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and resolve them efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company system.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus).
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or financial services (preferably in consumer financing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, sales software, or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on retail partner schedules.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
