Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and acquire new clients in the retail and consumer products sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Initiate and nurture business relationships with prospects through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs and pain points.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals efficiently while ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and pipeline development.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and adjust strategies to maximize client acquisition success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in retail or consumer products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
