Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and acquire new clients in the retail and consumer products sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Initiate and nurture business relationships with prospects through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs and pain points.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals efficiently while ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and pipeline development.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and adjust strategies to maximize client acquisition success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
