Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to local and international clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for shoes, bags, and lifestyle accessories.
- Maintain product knowledge on all inventory, including features, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Collaborate with the team to restock, organize, and maintain store presentation.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize average transaction value.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for fashion, trends, and customer service with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets under pressure.
