Responsibility
- Process customer payments efficiently and accurately at the counter, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, product information, and purchase decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter area to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure smooth operations, including inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Promote store promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and cash-handling procedures to minimize risks.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, trends, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or cashier roles (fresh graduates with strong customer service skills are welcome to apply).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or customer service is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems and digital payment platforms is a bonus.
