Responsibility
- Introduce and promote company products to customers in retail environments.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective promotion strategies.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image at all times.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Set up and manage promotional displays and materials at assigned locations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or sales is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
