Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist in ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Train and develop new team members, providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and sales strategies to drive revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other store-related data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
