Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales performance tracking.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to contribute to strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Learn and apply retail best practices in staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Prepare reports and presentations on store performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for retail and customer service, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and retail management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Leadership potential, demonstrated through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
- Willingness to relocate to Canggu, Bali, and commit to a full-time contract role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a plus.
