Responsibility
- Design and execute eye-catching window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional setups that align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to develop visual strategies that enhance customer flow and boost sales.
- Monitor and refresh merchandise presentations to ensure consistency, appeal, and alignment with inventory levels.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards, including product arrangement, signage, and lighting.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine visual strategies and improve performance.
- Source and manage props, mannequins, and decorative elements to maintain high-quality displays within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to keep displays innovative.
- Support store openings, rebranding initiatives, and special events with tailored visual solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in visual merchandising, retail design, or a related field, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative display designs, spatial awareness, and brand alignment.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) and hand-sketching abilities.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and consumer psychology in retail environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet project deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to execute flawless installations.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand storytelling techniques.
