Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of store assistants to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns, stock replenishment, and seasonal displays.
- Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, and compliance with financial and security protocols.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting team collaboration and employee development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail supervision, assistant management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of resolving issues and building client loyalty.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and retail KPIs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by store operating hours.
- Passion for the retail industry and a desire to grow within a multinational company.
