Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and management.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management, sales tracking, and retail KPIs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is a plus.
