Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain product availability.
- Train and mentor new hires, providing ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product display and drive sales.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism.
- Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
