Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty tools, staying updated on industry trends and new product launches.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Conduct in-store demonstrations and workshops to educate customers on product benefits and application techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail space, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and in-store activations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles (preferably in luxury or cosmetics).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Passion for beauty and skincare with a willingness to continuously learn about new products and techniques.
- Proven sales and customer service track record with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent grooming and presentation to represent the brand’s luxury image.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management and sales reporting.
