Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product selection, styling advice, and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Brooks Brothers products, including fabrics, fits, and styling trends.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandise transfers, and cycle counts.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and delivering a high-end shopping experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
