Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing smartphones, accessories, and related products by providing expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features, functionalities, and benefits to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest smartphone models, trends, and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and digital wallets, while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets, contribute to store merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge customer service.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales promotions to enhance skills and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field, with a preference for experience in electronics or smartphone sales.
- Strong passion for technology, particularly smartphones, and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Basic understanding of smartphone features, specifications, and accessories, with the ability to explain them clearly to customers.

- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or other regional languages) are a plus.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the retail schedule.
