As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations, from team leadership and customer experience to inventory management and sales strategy. Responsibility
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Support the Store Manager in training, coaching, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in creating staff schedules, managing payroll, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure the store’s visual presentation aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the corporate team on promotions, marketing initiatives, and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a leadership role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering a premium customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and retail KPIs is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
