As our Retail Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and cultivate a welcoming community for hobbyists and collectors. Responsibility

  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure the store is well-stocked with the latest TCGs, collectibles, and accessories.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Drive revenue growth through promotions, events, and personalized customer interactions to build a loyal community.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create eye-catching displays and store layouts to highlight new releases and best-selling products.
  • Community Building: Organize and host in-store events, tournaments, and workshops to engage the local gaming and collectibles community.
  • Financial Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to headquarters.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints and team disputes professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty retail, gaming, or collectibles.
  • Passion for TCGs/Collectibles: Deep knowledge of trading card games (e.g., Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!) or collectibles is a major plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team in a customer-facing environment.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage inventory and scheduling effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
