Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail outlets to promote products, answer inquiries, and provide detailed information.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive sales and customer interest.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales manager for continuous improvement.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Track and report sales performance, inventory levels, and customer interactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage with diverse customer groups.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
