Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and distributors.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
- Train and support retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
