Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise store operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows, adherence to company standards, and exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising strategies, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve individual and team targets, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies and enhances customer loyalty.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, maintaining a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and store events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail supervision, store management, or assistant supervisor roles, preferably in a multinational or high-volume retail environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop retail staff to meet performance goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in basic retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to meet business needs.
