Responsibility
- Execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales in assigned retail locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Kuta, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring optimal product placement and promotional execution.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and ensure shelves are well-organized and visually appealing.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product performance, gather market insights, and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Implement promotional campaigns and in-store activations to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align merchandising efforts with overall business goals.
- Train retail staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques to enhance customer interactions.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, product placement, and visual merchandising techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with retail partners.
