Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients on eyewear selections tailored to their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of the brand’s eyewear collections, including materials, lens technologies, and styling trends.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail space, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory is stocked.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotions, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion, eyewear, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for fashion and eyewear with a keen eye for style and trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic POS system and cash handling experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or business is a bonus.
