Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to high-end clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and product expertise.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring product availability and presentation meet luxury standards.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and exclusive event invitations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including new collections, materials, and brand heritage to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the retail team to enhance in-store visual merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and discretion.
- Participate in brand training programs and share insights to improve team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of luxury products, trends, and client expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client needs.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, aligning with luxury brand standards.
