Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, print, events) to enhance brand awareness and market penetration in Bali and beyond.
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and seamless customer experiences.
- Manage budget allocation and ROI tracking for all marketing initiatives, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and innovation.
- Strengthen partnerships with influencers, media, and retailers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, engagement rates) and present performance reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer products.
- Proven track record of scaling brands and driving measurable growth in competitive markets.
- Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and traditional channels (TV, print, OOH).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian consumer behavior, with a focus on Bali’s unique market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
