Responsibility
- Assist in managing and motivating store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain store visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishments.
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve store performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols in the store.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fashion and luxury retail with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems; familiarity with retail management software is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
