Responsibility

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, foot traffic, and customer feedback, to implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every visitor.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Assist in training new hires and conducting regular performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team culture.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that aligns with brand aesthetics and enhances the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
