Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selections, fitting advice, and purchase decisions.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, promotions, and inventory to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, pricing updates, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
