Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new customers in the retail and construction sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery to customers.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel, construction materials, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business culture is a plus.
